Working with what you’ve got.  Not all projects are a full gut. Sometimes the solution is a mix of old and new to make the space more functional for it’s new owners.  The key is what new finishes are introduced to ensure it’s cohesive and blends well together.  In this case we repainted some existing cabinetry, flooring and trim while adding in a new kitchen and bathrooms.
